Have any of you guys installed a pro pad on your seats similar to the way this guy did his??

http://www.sportbike...mer-insert.html

I am wondering if using the medium or larger size would be more comfortable than using the small? I really want to make this upgrade, but I am trying to decide which size would provide the most comfort. I am a short guy, so I sit far up on the seat near the tank...and that is where I really need the pad, not in the middle of the seat like seen in the tutorial.

Tall or short, I think most people ride up against the tank.

Personally, that thing looks like a pain in the ass to me (no pun intended :P). Why do you want it? For comfort? I'd look into a new aftermarket seat if thats what you're going for.

I did something very silmilar to my stock 2001 F4I seat. It is by far one of the most uncomfortable seat ever made. Anyways I used a bicycle gel seat pad, it worked nice except it still gave me issues in colder weather. I assume it was due to the temp. I ended up getting a used corbin during the next season. It is better than the gel seat but I still get sore after a while. I have thought about gettitng the Corbin redone with a true Motorcycle seat pad installed.

Yeah...I would like to go on some longer rides, but that seat is terrible. The aftermarket Suzuki brand seats for the 04' are not manufactured anymore and the corbin seats are rediculouly priced. This pro pad is only 60$ and with a little extra work, it would be worth the save in money (if it works)
