Buying A New Motorcycle From Wisconsin

I ended up buying the motorcycle in Minnesota from Vrooom's friend at Plainview Powersports. Thanks again, Vrooom!

It was a great buying experience with a low upfront price and no fake fees added on. I just paid tax and $50 for title/plate/tab.

The break down on my registration, it's even cheaper than I had thought. Now the better question is: how do WI dealers able to sell new bikes for so low?
