Rode this back and forth a couple times today. It's nice for a short zip around.

Caveats:

You do have to use 300' of proprietary road to get from James Deane Pwky to Zachary Lane. Use at your own risk.
Elm Creek Rd is in poor shape. Completely ride-able at the posted speed limit but not much more.
Sweepers mainly. Mostly 30's and a couple of 20's.
2mi of straight on Fernrbook Ln & 3mi of straight S Diamond Lake; slight hill affect.

Great if you only have 20-30 minutes to ride, and are in the area.

Im gonna have to scout this out once it warms up. I want to add a nice Western ride for the CDRs.

Gotta find some new routes for this season before people get too bored!

Thanks Sam

You've forgotten the route to Fairhaven? With luck the same Leo would chase you to Monticello. :HappyDance1:

There's some decent little roads by fish lake as well. And there's one road up in Rogers/Ostego area I hit once in while that connects back down to dayton road.
