No sled yet, but you must live about three miles from me.
I'm on 97/23 about a mile west of 35

Sweet, I'm up Potomac

Sounds like there's decent snow up the shore. Plenty of snow in my neck of the woods.

I've put close to 25 miles on a machine, and I don't even own one.

I'm late to the party! I got a newer (to me) ditch pickle that I have yet to rip on since putting on a new Cobra track. The river and lake by me have mostly ice only, so I'm more likely to ride my ice bike than the damn sled. I'll probably offload both sleds and get a quad that's actually usable.

Anyone want to buy a 98 XCR 600?!

Ah maaaaan, what a pain! I helped my neighbor with his 90's Polaris track with reverse, and it went pretty easily compared to mine. I think my sled has a little less room in those areas, plus I redid my drive bearings when I replaced mine. Things just seemed really tight under the tunnel, so we were busting ass to get the skid bolted up.

I have yet to rip on the new track though. Stupid need for snow...

Ugh I've had lots of issues with my IQR since I've gotten it, it ran ok when I got it and slowly started going down hill from there, 1st ride the throttle cable broke, now it's been a carb nightmare, finally got that sorted (I hope) front track shock was missing the top spring mount lots of lose bolts in the skid, and then it blew an oring on the head last weekend, filed the crank case with coolant etc, only lucky thing was it happen pretty much at idle so nothing bent or broke, top end kit should be here Saturday just in time for 60's. Hopefully I'm on the last of the issues. But probably not and it'll fail right when we get snow again
