Don't you got enough parts to just swap an Sv engine into the Zuma?

Yes but I lack the time.

I take my 125 zuma down 694. A 55 should be fine.

This.

I have the kymco 125 which seems to be 2-5mph faster than a zuma 125.

I ride it regularly down 252, across 694, and down east river road to work. It can maintain an honest 52-55 unless there is a big headwind or uphill. In traffic in the draft I've seen 72 on the speedo which is ~60mph.

Hell, I rode it to your place from ours. Poor little motor, 15+ miles of WOT all the way down 169. I kept pace without much issue the whole time.

I wouldn't do it on a 65+ speedlimit road though for any length of time. I have been on 610 with 70+mph traffic around me and felt a little like a moving roadblock.

I have the Kymco Agility 125, too. I'm with you Dean. It's a decent ride in the right conditions, but it can get scary when traffic really wants to get around you. No thanks....

This idea is almost as bad as inviting Skell to a birthday party...don't do it.

Because we really need more Norwegians in foreign jobs going 10 under on the interstate.

Moving to our new place, my commute is going to now be 6 miles, probably 4 of which are 2 lane 55mph country roads. There is 1 long hill.

Would you guys feel comfortable on a stock 125? This road is fairly well traveled so I have visions of leading a long line of pissed off drivers. Utilize the shoulder to let people pass?

Take the motorcycle instead?

Took the scooter for the first time this morning. It was fine. The 1 long hill my speed dropped to mid 40's but the hill is only 3/4 of a mile so not sure if the guy behind me was pissed or didn't care.

Didn't even get flicked off, would do again.

I hope you did some tricks for him! Maybe a heelclicker?

Anyway, riding the scoot to work is so much fun. I can't wait to ride it again.
