Budget of about +/- 15k. It has three main screens/pages... data discovery, some behind the scenes calculations/forecasting based on data and on-screen filters, and results. It will require a database to be set up most likely and connected to on the back end and some visuals, including ESRI mapping. It will also require multi-tenancy user access and data separation.

I've got all of the requirements defined in detail.

That's a little more than I'm interested in taking on. I sent that info to a few people, I'll let you know if anyone is interested in getting more info.

Do you have the datamodel setup already or does that need defining as well?

Yes.

I've got all of the facts mapped out. It isn't really a relational database.
