As others have stated, thank you for getting the issue resolved so promptly.

On a side note, can I ask(because I am not very computer smart) if there was any risk of our personal information like passwords being seen/stolen or virus/spyware concerns relating to our PC's?

Thanks again,
-John

No risk to personal info (besides what you've entered into your bios) taken, passwords are fine. Not sure what that page did as I never loaded it, someone said it started downloading something? Not sure. From what I've read online it seems pretty harmless.

Well I just got word that my personal information impregnated a girl over in Thailand... now she's contacting me requesting US citizenship and a place to stay.

...oh wait; that was something else.

That was quick to fix! I wasn't expecting it up until later today.

IIRC last time this came up the passwords question came up and as long as it is running a non ancient version of software things should be fine. Since at least a few years ago most forum software has stored passwords in a manner in which they can't be revealed (one-way function it is called).
