I can power up in first doing about 50, but I've yet to get it up in second unless over a hill. I'd probably have to be doing close to 80 and get some revs out of it and dump the clutch. Big heavy busa with stock gearing.

I've messed around with low speed clutch ups, those are fun when going down Calhoun. Delicate balance of clutch and throttle.

Id suggest starting in 1st gear. It's easier to launch. Fast wheelies destroy you and your bike in a flash. Learning fast wheelies makes it harder to learn slow wheelies. Learning slow wheelies teaches both at the same time. I ride most days in Eagan(Lot) and the bigger get together s are on Sunday. Usally over north. Riding with people who know helps learning easier. The stunt commuity around here is super supportive and happy to teach. Hit me up if your looking to get into some lot style riding

COVER THE REAR BRAKE!!! If it feels too high just tap it and get off the throttle. It will save you from lopping. Thats how you control the wheelie
